General Fund provides $1,004,800 ($442,100 for personnel costs and $562,700 for operating expenditures)

Miscellaneous Revenue Fund provides $15,000 for operating expenditures

Federal Grant Fund provides $12,785,700 ($587,300 for personnel costs, $198,400 for operating expenditures, and $12,000,000 for trustee and benefit payments)

Limits the Office of Species Conservation to a maximum of 12 full-time equivalent positions during the fiscal year, unless specifically authorized by the Governor, with required notification to the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee of any increases
