Appropriates $95,721,900 to the Department of Fish and Game for fiscal year 2016 (July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016) across seven program areas: Administration, Enforcement, Fisheries, Wildlife, Communications, Engineering, and Wildlife Mitigation and Habitat Conservation.

Funding sources include Fish and Game License Funds ($29,428,300), Fish and Game Other Funds ($11,862,600), Fish and Game Set-Aside Funds ($3,812,200), Fish and Game Federal Funds ($48,150,900), and Fish and Game Trust Funds ($2,468,000).

Allocates funds across four expense categories: Personnel Costs ($53,055,200), Operating Expenditures ($36,573,100), Capital Outlay ($5,318,800), and Trustee and Benefit Payments ($774,800).

Limits the Department of Fish and Game to a maximum of 558 full-time equivalent positions during the fiscal year period, unless specifically authorized by the Governor.

Requires the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee to be notified promptly of any increased positions authorized by the Governor beyond the 558 limit.
