The Idaho Caregiver Alliance shall convene a task force to develop comprehensive recommendations supporting uncompensated family caregivers in Idaho and provide information to future caregivers.

Task force members shall represent a broad array of caregiving stakeholders, with legislative members reimbursed from legislative funds for per diem and expenses.

Task force shall hold an organizational meeting by May 31, 2015, elect a chair or co-chairs, and identify policies, resources, and programs available for family caregivers.

Task force shall compile an inventory of resources available to family caregivers in Idaho and integrate family caregiving into the State Healthcare Innovation Plan medical neighborhood model.

Task force shall report findings and recommendations to the Second Regular Session of the Sixty-third Idaho Legislature.
