Repeals Section 54-4208, Idaho Code, which contained licenses and education and training requirements for residential care facility administrators

Requires individuals to annually apply for license renewal and report facts requested by the board on provided forms

Sets annual renewal fees and requires proof of satisfactory completion of continuing education as determined by board rules

Allows administrators with expired licenses (not revoked or suspended) to reinstate within 5 years by submitting proof of continuing education completed within the previous 12 months, payment of $25.00 reinstatement fee, and renewal fees for all lapsed years

Directs the board to maintain a register of all applications containing applicant information, educational and experiential qualifications, license and certificate dates, and other pertinent information
