Changes the legislative purpose of the Patient Freedom of Information Act from providing patients with profile information to providing the public with easily accessible profile information on specified licensed and registered health care professionals.

Revises the definition of "Patient" to mean all past, current, or future consumers of health care services, and clarifies the definition of "Provider(s)" to include physicians, surgeons, osteopathic physicians, physical therapists, dentists, podiatrists, chiropractors, optometric physicians, psychologists, physicians' assistants, nurse practitioners, and certified registered nurse anesthetists.

Repeals the previous Section 54-4603 regarding patient access to provider information and replaces it with a new section requiring each professional licensing board to make licensure status and descriptions of final board disciplinary actions accessible to the public on the board's website in accordance with Idaho's public records law.

Repeals Section 54-4604 relating to information and access to provider profile information, removing previous detailed requirements for provider profile databases.
