Amends Section 56-1054 of Idaho Code to remove references to the legislative health care task force from reporting requirements for the Health Quality Planning Commission.

The commission shall provide quarterly progress reports to the department director and annual reports due June 30 to the director and the Senate and House health and welfare committees instead of to the legislative health care task force.

Repeals Section 1 of Chapter 280, Laws of 2006, which previously established the Health Care Task Force's monitoring role.

Directs that any legislative business previously handled by the Health Care Task Force be assigned to the Senate and House Health and Welfare committees or to an interim committee authorized by concurrent resolution and appointed by the Legislative Council.
