Amends Section 54-2103, Idaho Code to revise definitions related to veterinary practice, including changing "committee on humane euthanasia task force" to "Committee on Humane Euthanasia" throughout the definitions section.

Updates the definition of "Committee on Humane Euthanasia" (formerly "committee on humane euthanasia task force") as a committee established by the board for training, examining, certifying and inspecting certified euthanasia agencies and certified euthanasia technicians.

Amends Section 54-2105, Idaho Code to update references to the renamed committee and correct code citations related to board compensation provisions.

Makes technical corrections and codifier's corrections to align terminology and cross-references throughout the veterinary medicine statutes.

Applies the terminology changes consistently across all definitions and board powers related to euthanasia certification and oversight functions.
