Amends Idaho Code Section 36-1303 to require fish and game officers to obtain a search warrant or owner consent before inspecting storage facilities including depots, warehouses, cold storage rooms, restaurants, hotels, markets, and air terminals.

Allows fish and game officers to search vehicles, camps, baggage, and personal items without a warrant when they have probable cause to believe a person possesses unlawfully taken wildlife or equipment used to take wildlife.

Specifies that storage facility inspections require probable cause to believe evidence of violations exists before a warrant or consent can be sought.
