Expands the notice provision in Idaho Code Section 72-1368 to include all Department of Labor written or digital communications containing administrative or other deadlines and response requirements, not just determinations and redeterminations.

Requires the Department to provide prompt notice to all interested parties of determinations, revised determinations, redeterminations, special redeterminations, decisions, and letters that require a response within a specified time.

Notice may be served by delivery, mail to last known address, or electronic transmission at the recipient's request and with department approval, with service deemed complete upon mailing or electronic transmission.

Applies to the employment security law and the claims for benefits and appellate procedure process established under Idaho Code Section 72-1368.
