Adds definition of "political expenditure" to Idaho Code Section 30-29-140 to mean payments, contributions, gifts, loans, or transfers of anything of value to assist, benefit, or honor public officials, candidates, political parties, or election campaigns.

Requires corporations to obtain advance shareholder approval by majority vote before making any political expenditure, including authorization of total amount and specification of intended recipients (candidates, parties, committees, tax-exempt entities, or measures).

Mandates corporations notify shareholders within 48 hours of making political expenditures via electronic transmission and website posting, including amount, recipient, date, and purpose.

Requires annual corporate reports to list all political expenditures made during the reporting period with amount, recipient, date, and purpose details.

Authorizes the Attorney General to bring enforcement actions for violations, including temporary or permanent injunctions, civil penalties up to three times the expenditure amount or $5,000, rescission, restitution, and declaratory judgment.
