Amends Idaho Code Section 72-432 to establish that employers and sureties shall not be required to pay for worker's compensation medical services in amounts exceeding those in any medical regulation or fee schedule promulgated by the Industrial Commission as applicable on the date of service.

Adds new subsection (15) to codify fee schedule limitations for medical services, appliances, and supplies provided to injured workers.

Makes technical corrections to existing language in Section 72-432, including correcting grammar in subsection (7) by changing "which" to "that" and clarifying language regarding extended services.

Maintains existing protections for employees, including provisions for physician changes, balance billing prohibitions, and reimbursement for necessary travel expenses related to medical care.

Does not modify other worker's compensation medical provisions related to reasonable care requirements, appliance replacement, attendant services, or medical information sharing requirements.
