Amends Idaho Code Section 33-515A to allow school boards to enter supplemental contracts for extra duty assignments that are separate from regular teaching duties and carry no property rights.

Establishes a second category of supplemental contracts for extra day assignments, allowing certificated employees to work additional days beyond the standard contract length used for most district employees.

Requires school boards to provide written notice describing reasons when deciding not to reissue supplemental extra duty or extra day contracts to employees.

Entitles employees to request an informal review process, with the board required to notify the employee of its final decision within 15 days following the meeting.

Allows school districts to establish additional procedures for supplemental contract non-reissuance beyond those required by statute.
