Amends Section 46-409, Idaho Code (The Militia Civil Relief Act) to revise definitions related to military service and employment protections for National Guard members.

Updates definition of "Active member" to clarify it applies to Air or Army National Guard members called to state active duty or federal service for 30 or more consecutive days.

Corrects federal statute citations: changes "50 App. U.S.C. App. section 501" to "50 App. U.S.C. App. section 3901" for the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act and "50 App. U.S.C. App. section 581" to "50 App. U.S.C. App. section 4012" for service certificates.

Clarifies that the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SSCRA) and Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) apply to National Guard members activated for 30 consecutive days or more during war, armed conflict, or declared emergency.

Makes technical corrections and grammatical updates throughout the statute, including changing "Soldiers' and sailors'" to "Servicemembers" in the definition of SSCRA.
