Amends Idaho Code Section 18-1502 regarding underage alcohol violations to add provisions allowing certain convictions to be vacated and sealed.

Allows a person convicted of only one violation under this section or Idaho Code Section 23-604 to have the finding completely vacated and sealed if they have no other alcohol or drug-related convictions in any state within five (5) years of the violation.

Requires the convicted person to initiate the vacation and sealing process, with courts providing a form at no charge to the applicant.

Maintains existing penalties for alcohol violations: up to $1,000 fine for first offense, up to $2,000 fine or 30 days jail for second offense, and up to $3,000 fine or 60 days jail for third and subsequent offenses.

Retains existing requirements for driving privilege suspension (up to one year for first offense, up to two years if previously suspended) and court-ordered alcohol evaluations or treatment programs at the court's discretion.
