Appropriates $283,400 to the Commission on Hispanic Affairs for fiscal year 2017 (July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017)

General Fund allocation: $105,200 for personnel costs and $29,100 for operating expenditures ($134,300 total)

Miscellaneous Revenue Fund allocation: $57,600 for personnel costs and $48,500 for operating expenditures ($106,100 total)

Federal Grant Fund allocation: $22,000 for personnel costs and $21,000 for operating expenditures ($43,000 total)

Limits the Commission to no more than 3 full-time equivalent positions during the fiscal year unless specifically authorized by the Governor, with prompt notification to the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee of any increased positions
