Establishes public policy protecting Idaho citizens from foreign law application when it violates fundamental constitutional rights including due process, freedom of religion, speech, press, privacy, and marriage rights.

Voids and makes unenforceable any court ruling based wholly or partly on foreign law that would deny parties the same fundamental liberties guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution and Idaho Constitution.

Voids and makes unenforceable contracts or contractual provisions choosing foreign law to govern disputes if the foreign law would not grant parties the same fundamental constitutional rights and liberties as Idaho law.

Voids and makes unenforceable contractual jurisdiction provisions requiring disputes be adjudicated under foreign law that would not guarantee parties the same fundamental constitutional rights and liberties.

Denies forum non conveniens claims when granting them would violate fundamental rights of the nonclaimant in the foreign forum, while exempting religious organizations' ecclesiastical matters and preserving rights under federal treaties and international agreements.
