Doubles the annual invasive species protection fee for motorized vessels and sailboats numbered in Idaho from $10 to $20 per vessel prior to launch into public waters.

Doubles the annual fee for motorized vessels and sailboats documented through U.S. Coast Guard or registered outside Idaho from $22 to $44 per vessel prior to launch into public waters.

Doubles the annual fee for nonmotorized vessels from $7 to $14 per vessel prior to launch into public waters.

Doubles the group rate fees for licensed outfitters with nonmotorized fleets: $32 to $64 for 6-10 vessels; $57 to $114 for 11-20 vessels; and $102 to $204 for 21+ vessels up to 100 vessels.

Increases the duplicate sticker replacement fee from $3 to $6 when a protection against invasive species sticker is lost, stolen, or destroyed.
