Congratulates Matt Paradis, a native of Council, Idaho, for being the starting center for the Denver Broncos' Super Bowl 50 championship team and hiking the ball to quarterback Peyton Manning.

Recognizes Paradis's background growing up on his parents' cattle ranch in Council where he developed work ethic through ranch labor and youth sports, becoming Idaho's eight-man football player of the year in 2007.

Notes Paradis joined Boise State University as a walk-on, earned a scholarship, became a two-time All-Mountain West Center, and graduated with a double major in Finance and Business Economics.

States Paradis was drafted in the sixth round by the Denver Broncos and became the starter by the first game of the 2015-2016 season, playing every offensive snap during the regular and post-season.

Acknowledges Paradis's family heritage of hard work, with his father Mike serving as an Adams County Commissioner and logger-rancher, and his mother Janice serving as an elementary school teacher in Council.
