Adds "sexual orientation" and "gender identity" to Idaho's civil rights protections in Section 67-5901, ensuring freedom from discrimination in employment, public accommodations, real property transactions, and education.

Defines "gender identity" as a person's actual or perceived gender identity, appearance, mannerisms or other characteristics, with or without regard to the person's sex at birth.

Defines "sexual orientation" as a person's actual or perceived orientation as heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual or asexual.

Extends discrimination prohibitions based on sexual orientation and gender identity to apply across employment, labor organizations, employment agencies, public accommodations, educational institutions, real estate transactions, and financial assistance contexts.

Makes technical corrections to Section 67-5909 to align prohibited discriminatory acts with the new protected categories.
