Amends Section 31-3517, Idaho Code to authorize reimbursement for county commissioner members of the Catastrophic Health Care Cost Program Board from the catastrophic health care cost account.

County commissioner members shall be reimbursed as provided in section 59-509(b), Idaho Code, from the catastrophic health care cost account.

Makes a codifier's correction to section 31-3517(6) by removing the phrase "catastrophic health care cost" before "All moneys received or expended by the program."

Maintains the existing board structure of twelve members consisting of six county commissioners, four legislators, one director appointee, and one governor appointee.
