Revises Section 41-1016 to clarify suspension and revocation procedures for nonresident insurance producer licenses, including when a nonresident's home state license is voluntarily surrendered or nonrenewed for more than 90 days without notice of relicensing.

Amends Section 41-1026 to establish a one-year waiting period before reissuance of a license to any person whose application was previously denied, with exceptions allowed for judicial review proceedings.

Maintains existing provisions allowing the director to impose administrative penalties up to $1,000 and suspend licenses for up to 12 months or revoke licenses based on specified violations including fraud, misrepresentation, financial irresponsibility, and criminal conviction.

Updates Section 41-1108 to correct code references and apply suspension, revocation, and denial procedures to adjuster licenses consistent with producer licensing requirements.
