Amends Section 54-704, Idaho Code, to revise restrictions on chiropractic practice regarding drugs, substances, and products.

Chiropractors are prohibited from prescribing, dispensing, independently administering, distributing, directing or suggesting to patients any drug, substance or product that requires federal labeling with "Caution: Federal Law Prohibits Dispensing Without Prescription," "Rx only," or veterinary-only restrictions.

Chiropractors are also prohibited from using drugs, substances or products required by federal or state law to be dispensed on prescription drug order only or restricted to use by practitioners only.

Makes technical corrections to language in the statute, including changing "dDirect" to "direct" and clarifying references to "drug, substance or product" throughout the provision.

Confirms that chiropractic practice as defined is not considered the practice of medicine under Idaho law and licensed chiropractors are exempt from medical practice regulations when acting within their defined scope of practice.
