Amends Section 67-5205, Idaho Code, relating to the Idaho Administrative Procedure Act's provisions on format, costs, distribution and funds for the administrative code.

Removes references to "electronic copies" in subsection (2), replacing them with broader language about pricing and distribution of administrative materials without specific format designation.

Simplifies subsection (3) by removing the introductory phrase "In addition to those free electronic copies required to be distributed by this section" while maintaining the requirement that the coordinator provide free copies of rules subject to legislative review.

Renumbers subsections (3) and (4) to (4) and (5) respectively to account for the deletion of prior language.

Preserves existing fee structures charging agencies up to $56.00 per page for administrative code publications and up to $61.00 per page for bulletin publications.
