Amends Section 33-502B of Idaho Code regarding school district board of trustees elections when only one candidate is nominated for a position.

Allows the board of trustees or school district clerk (with written board permission) to declare a candidate elected without holding an election if only one qualified candidate has been nominated or filed a write-in declaration with signatures of five electors from their specific zone.

Requires the school district clerk to immediately prepare and deliver a certificate of election signed by the clerk and bearing the district seal to the declared candidate.

Specifies that this no-election procedure applies only to trustee elections and does not apply to any other school district election.
