Amends Section 49-2802 of Idaho Code to add an exemption to the definition of "motor vehicle service contract"

Excludes from classification as a motor vehicle service contract any agreement where an employer or third party contracted by the employer provides mileage reimbursement and incidental maintenance and repairs to employees for personal vehicles used for business purposes

Clarifies that such employer-provided reimbursement agreements shall not be considered motor vehicle service contracts or contracts of insurance
