• Relabels several subsections within the deductible amounts list (items (r) through (t) become (rs), (st), and (tu)) and adds corresponding lettering in a second amended version effective July 1, 2019.

• Makes codifier's corrections and technical corrections to the existing statutory tables for computing kindergarten, elementary, secondary, exceptional education, and alternative school support units.
