Wholesalers, manufacturers, and distributors must repurchase unused farm equipment and parts from retailers at 100% of net cost within 36 months of contract termination, including transportation charges.

Demonstration or rental equipment repurchased must reflect depreciation from the original net cost, with a reasonable downward adjustment for demonstration or rental activity.

Wholesalers, manufacturers, and distributors must repurchase data processing hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment required by them within 5 years at original net cost less 20% per year depreciation.

Repair parts and manuals must be repurchased at 100% of current net prices, plus 5% handling fee, with manuals purchased in the prior 6 years at full cost and those in years 7-12 at 50% cost, if in complete and readable condition.

Specialized repair tools in new, unused condition applicable to current products are repurchased at 100% of original net cost; all other repair tools in complete and usable condition are repurchased at original cost less 20% annual depreciation, with a minimum of 50% of original purchase price.
