Establishes a new Limited Lines Travel Insurance Act (Chapter 62, Title 41, Idaho Code) creating a licensing framework for limited lines travel insurance producers who may be licensed managing general underwriters, managing general agents, third-party administrators, or insurance agents.

Permits travel retailers to offer and disseminate travel insurance under a limited lines travel insurance producer license if they provide required disclosures to customers, maintain a register of travel retailers, designate a responsible licensed producer, and require employee training on insurance types, ethical sales practices, and required disclosures.

Requires limited lines travel insurance producers to establish and maintain an annually updated register of travel retailers including their name, address, contact information, and federal tax identification number, which must be submitted to the department upon request.

Exempts limited lines travel insurance producers and registered travel retailers from examination, prelicensing, and continuing education requirements, while prohibiting unlicensed travel retailer employees from evaluating insurance coverage, providing technical interpretations, or holding themselves out as licensed insurers or experts.

Makes limited lines travel insurance producers responsible for the acts of travel retailers and subjects both to enforcement provisions under Idaho Code Chapter 13 and other applicable insurance law provisions.
