• Appropriates $6,253,000 to the Idaho State Historical Society for fiscal year 2017 (July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017) across multiple fund sources including General Fund, Miscellaneous Revenue Fund, Federal Grant Fund, and others.

• Appropriates an additional $8,000,000 for the historical museum renovation and expansion project ($4,000,000 from Economic Recovery Reserve Fund and $4,000,000 from Miscellaneous Revenue Fund) for the period July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2018.

• Limits the Idaho State Historical Society to a maximum of 49 full-time equivalent positions during fiscal year 2017, unless specifically authorized by the Governor.
