Appropriates $7,692,800 to the Legislative Services Office for fiscal year 2017 (July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017) from four funds: General Fund ($5,112,500), Miscellaneous Revenue Fund ($661,500), Legislative Capitol Facilities Fund ($440,000), and Professional Services Fund ($1,478,800).

Reappropriates any unexpended and unencumbered balances in the Professional Services Fund from fiscal year 2016 to the Legislative Services Office for nonrecurring expenditures during fiscal year 2017.

Exempts the Legislative Services Office from object transfer limitations under Idaho Code Section 67-3511(1) and (3) for fiscal year 2017, allowing unlimited transfers between budget object codes, provided legislative appropriations cannot be transferred between funds without express legislative approval.

Appropriates $889,200 to the Office of Performance Evaluations for fiscal year 2017 from the General Fund, comprised of $790,900 for personnel costs, $93,200 for operating expenditures, and $5,100 for capital outlay.

Exempts the Office of Performance Evaluations from object transfer limitations under Idaho Code Section 67-3511(1) and (3) for fiscal year 2017, allowing unlimited transfers between budget object codes, with the same restriction on interfund transfers.
