Amends Section 54-1723, Idaho Code, to revise reciprocal licensing requirements for pharmacists seeking licensure in Idaho.

Corrects grammatical error in subsection (1)(f) by changing "have is not been" to "have...is not been" regarding license suspension, revocation, or restriction.

Establishes temporary reciprocity license allowing applicants to practice for up to 16 consecutive weeks while their full reciprocity application is pending, subject to passing a state jurisprudence exam with a score of at least 75.

Prohibits temporary license holders from serving as pharmacist-in-charge, preceptor, or supervising interns or externs, and makes temporary licenses immediately subject to suspension by the executive director upon reasonable evidence of non-compliance.

Requires temporary license applicants to submit evidence of lawful pharmacy practice in the United States for the preceding 12 months and completion of continuing education requirements for the three calendar years preceding application.
