Amends Section 23-1331, Idaho Code to include wine direct shipper's permits among licenses subject to suspension, revocation, or refusal to renew for violations of chapter provisions or director rules.

Director may suspend wine direct shipper's permits for any violation of or failure to comply with wine chapter provisions or applicable regulations.

Affected permittees may petition the director prior to suspension taking effect to pay a monetary penalty up to $5,000 in lieu of suspension, if the director determines such payment is consistent with state law purposes and in the public interest.

Suspension of a liquor or beer license automatically results in concurrent suspension of any wine license held by the same licensee at the same location for an equal length of time.

Procedures for suspension, revocation, or refusal to renew permits follow the administrative procedures outlined in Chapter 52, Title 67, Idaho Code.
