Amends Idaho Code Section 54-1222 to add a code reference to Section 54-1202, Idaho Code defining professional engineering and professional land surveying.

Makes it a misdemeanor for any person to represent by verbal claim, sign, advertisement, letterhead, card, or any other way that they employ professional engineers or professional land surveyors when such persons are not licensed under Idaho law.

Maintains existing misdemeanor penalties for unlicensed practice of professional engineering or professional land surveying, using expired or revoked licenses, falsifying evidence, or impersonating licensees.

Establishes that the Idaho Attorney General has the duty to enforce provisions relating to unlicensed practice and prosecute violators, with costs reimbursed by the board.
