Establishes state policy to protect Idaho citizens from foreign law application when it violates fundamental constitutional rights including due process, freedom of religion, speech, press, privacy, or marriage rights.

Voids and makes unenforceable any court ruling, contract choice-of-law provision, or jurisdiction clause that applies foreign law denying parties similar constitutional liberties and privileges guaranteed by U.S. and Idaho constitutions.

Denies forum non conveniens claims if transferring litigation to a foreign forum would likely violate the non-claimant's fundamental constitutional rights.

Excludes corporations, partnerships, and other business entities from these restrictions when they voluntarily contract to subject themselves to foreign law in other jurisdictions.

Preserves religious organizations' rights to adjudicate internal ecclesiastical matters and does not conflict with valid federal treaties or international agreements.
