Amends Section 67-1226 of Idaho Code to add public charter schools to the list of entities authorized to participate in the Local Government Investment Pool.

Authorizes the state treasurer to establish and maintain a pooled investment program for public agencies including municipalities, districts, political subdivisions, political or public corporations, and public charter schools.

Allows public charter schools to invest funds not immediately required for their activities in the pooled investment program.

Permits the state treasurer to invest pooled program funds in any investments authorized by law for use with idle state moneys.

Specifies that costs of administering the pooled investment program shall be paid from the invested funds or earnings generated by those funds.
