Amends Section 67-1201, Idaho Code, to revise the duties of the State Treasurer with modernized language and technical corrections.

Authorizes the treasurer to name additional or multiple custodians for state moneys if deemed necessary.

Clarifies that state controller records must be filed and kept for not less than 2 years, then may be disposed of per Idaho Code sections 9-328 through 9-330 unless a specific written request for further retention is made.

Modifies receipt requirements to show amount, sources, funds involved, and date of deposit, with receipts numbered uniquely within each fiscal year.

Changes reporting requirements from "at the time prescribed in this code" to "upon request" when reporting the exact treasury balance to the governor.

Allows the treasurer discretion to authenticate writings and papers issued from the office with an official seal "as the treasurer deems appropriate."
