Amends Section 33-5602 to include wireless local area network (LAN) services alongside broadband services in the Education Opportunity Resource Act's purpose and scope.

Adds districts' ability to collaborate regionally and intrastate for wireless LAN services as a legislative intent.

Amends Section 33-5604 to include wireless LAN parameters and wide area networks (WANs) in the Education Opportunity Resource Committee's budget and policy recommendations to the state department of education.

Authorizes the committee to establish reimbursement methodology for wireless LAN service distribution to districts that have received or applied in good faith for E-rate funding.

Expands the committee's duties to collaborate with governmental and nongovernmental entities to ensure best practices in both broadband and wireless LAN services.
