Permits public funds to provide voters with expected costs of bonds or levies per $100,000 of taxable value and current tax rates per $100,000 of taxable value for property tax proposals.

Allows the attorney general, county prosecutors, or qualified electors to challenge elections for violations, with courts authorized to void elections if violations likely affected the outcome; prevailing parties receive costs and reasonable attorney's fees regardless of outcome impact.
