Establishes clinical nutrition certification for chiropractic physicians, requiring 7 credits of didactic nutrition courses and 24 hours of practicum in intravenous and injectable nutrient therapy.

Permits chiropractic physicians certified in clinical nutrition to independently administer specified prescription drug products including vitamins, minerals, fluids, epinephrine, and oxygen.

Creates new fee structure for board licensure including application fees (up to $250), initial license fees (up to $250), and clinical nutrition certification fees (up to $250).

Requires certified physicians to maintain current CPR and BLS certification, obtain patient informed consent for intravenous or injectable therapy, and recertify in clinical nutrition every three years.

Amends definition of "practice of chiropractic" to include clinical nutritional methods and updates legend drug possession law to allow certified chiropractic physicians to possess specified prescription products.
