Establishes specialized recording fees for specific instrument types that are 30 pages or less: deeds and conveyances ($15.00), trust deeds or mortgages ($45.00), reconveyances and releases ($15.00), and powers of attorney ($25.00)

Sets default recording fee of $10.00 for the first page and $3.00 for each additional page for instruments not specifically enumerated in the statute

Reduces electronic copy fees to $0.05 per page or image when requested on a recurring basis, provided the record is maintained in electronic form

Maintains existing fees for various other services including marriage licenses ($11.00), acknowledgments ($1.00), survey filings ($5.00), and certified copies ($1.00 per certificate)

Allows county recorders to negotiate fees for bulk duplication requests exceeding 100 pages, subject to approval by the board of county commissioners
