Amends Idaho Code Section 19-4705 to revise apportionment of fines and forfeitures collected by courts for violations of state motor vehicle laws, driving privilege laws, and driving under the influence offenses.

Changes the distribution of the 10% apportionment to the state treasurer by replacing the erroneous percentages (86.31.1% and 141.4%) with corrected amounts of 86% to the state general fund and 14% to the peace officers standards and training fund.

Maintains existing apportionments of 45% to the highway distribution account and 22.5% to the district court fund for motor vehicle and DUI-related violations.

Removes the 22.5% allocation to the public school income fund that was previously specified in the statute.

Applies corrected percentage distributions consistently across all violation categories including state laws, county ordinances, city ordinances, and off-highway recreational vehicle violations.
