Authorizes expenditure of up to $150,000 from educational support program funds for development and maintenance of three internet-based portals: a K-12/dual credit courses portal, an adult education portal, and a parent resource portal.

K-12 and dual credit courses portal shall include offerings from Idaho Digital Learning Academy, public school districts, public charter schools, public and accredited private colleges and universities, and other approved online course providers verified by the state department of education.

K-12 and dual credit courses portal must display customer ratings from students and parents evaluating content quality, instruction, communications, and ease of use; enable parents to notify home schools of enrollment requests; and facilitate communications between providers, students, parents, and home schools.

Adult education and parent resource portals must provide minimum access to tools and resources focused on K-12 education.
