Establishes legislative intent to preserve the presumption of privacy for all citizens in fish and game enforcement matters.

Officers may inspect storage facilities including depots, warehouses, cold storage rooms, restaurants, hotels, markets, and baggage when they have probable cause to believe evidence of violations is present.

Officers may search tents, wagons, vehicles, boats, aircraft, campers, and other property when they have probable cause to believe unlawfully taken wildlife or equipment used to take wildlife is present.

Requires officers to obtain a warrant or receive consent from the owner or person in possession before conducting any search or inspection, unless evidence is plainly visible to the officer.

Clarifies that the warrant requirement applies to searches of automobiles, boats, aircraft, campers, and other moveable vehicles, while preserving authority to conduct searches incident to lawful arrest.
