Urges the federal government to enable United States farmers, ranchers, and food processors to compete freely and trade fairly in foreign and domestic markets on a level playing field.

Requests that food safety standards be fully enforced on imported food products, noting that only 2% of imported food products are currently inspected despite the Food Safety Modernization Act requiring all food products to meet the same standards.

Directs that the economic value of international trade agreements include quantification and consideration of environmental protection costs, worker safety standards, wage rates, and food safety standards.

Encourages public education at middle and secondary school levels regarding agriculture's importance to society, recognizing this as critical to preserving the family farm and agricultural industry.

Directs the House Chief Clerk to send copies of this memorial to the President of the Senate, Speaker of the House of Representatives, and Idaho's congressional delegation.
