Amends Idaho Code Section 18-8007 to clarify that drivers involved in accidents must stop and fulfill duties if they "know, believes or has reason to know or believe" the accident resulted in injury or death.

Requires drivers to immediately stop at the accident scene, remain until all requirements are fulfilled, provide personal and vehicle information, exhibit driver's license if available, and render reasonable assistance to injured persons including arranging medical treatment.

Violation constitutes a felony punishable by a fine of up to $5,000, imprisonment up to 5 years, or both.

Director of the transportation department must revoke the violator's driver's license or nonresident operating privilege for one year with no work permits or limited driving privileges allowed.
