Amends Section 16-1602 of Idaho Code to revise and clarify definitions related to child protection proceedings.

Adds "human trafficking as defined in section 18-8602" to the definition of child abuse involving sexual exploitation.

Expands the definition of "aggravated circumstances" to include references to additional Idaho Code sections related to sexual abuse (18-6608 and 18-8602).

Makes technical corrections throughout the definitions section, including replacing "which" with "that" in the definition of "supportive services" and correcting hyphenation in "antianxiety" medications.

Clarifies existing definitions of key child protection concepts including abandonment, adaptive equipment, adjudicatory hearings, developmentally appropriate activities, and legal custody arrangements.
