Amends Section 50-1301, Idaho Code to revise the definition of "basis of bearing" and makes technical corrections to surveying definitions.

Changes the definition of "basis of bearing" from describing "a line between two (2) monuments or two (2) monumented corners" to specifying the bearing serves as "the reference bearing for all other lines on the survey."

Amends Section 55-1902, Idaho Code to revise the definition of "basis of bearing" with identical language change and corrects technical wording from "which" to "that" in the definition.

Updates definitions in both code sections to ensure consistency and clarity in surveying terminology across Idaho Code provisions related to land surveys and coordinate systems.
