Adds new Section 56-1055 to Idaho Code requiring the State Department of Health and Welfare to make cytomegalovirus (CMV) information available to the public, particularly pregnant women and women who may become pregnant

Department must provide information on CMV incidence, transmission, birth defects caused by congenital CMV, available preventive measures, and other pertinent CMV-related information

Requires the department to distribute this information to health care providers licensed under Idaho Code offering care to pregnant women and infants

Mandates distribution to daycare and child care programs and facilities, school districts, religious and denominational organizations offering children's programs, and other entities determined appropriate by the department

Information must be made available to employees and volunteers at the specified organizations and facilities
