Amends Idaho Code Section 18-2403 to expand the definition of theft to include "other equipment" in addition to motor vehicles under rental or lease agreements.

Modifies Section 18-2403(5)(b) to specify that a person commits theft when they willfully or intentionally fail to return rented or leased "motor vehicle or other equipment" to the designated place within forty-eight (48) hours after the agreed time.

Broadens the scope of property covered under theft law to encompass equipment types beyond vehicles that are rented or leased under written agreements requiring return to a particular place at a particular time.
