Amends Idaho Code Section 33-1006 to add transportation to and from approved school activities as an allowable cost in the transportation support program, subject to state board of education rules.

Adds subsection (4)(f) to specify that costs for providing transportation to and from approved school activities may be reimbursed alongside traditional student transportation for regular school attendance.

Makes technical corrections to existing language regarding allowable transportation costs and reimbursement procedures.

Maintains existing limitations on state reimbursement rates (50% for most costs, 85% for certain eligible expenses) and the $7,500,000 cap on total transportation funding.
